I’ve had a great experience with both Kim, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Nik, my dentist. Kim is incredibly thorough, gentle, and kind—she makes cleanings feel easy and comfortable, and she always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and offer helpful tips for better oral care.Dr. Nik is equally impressive—knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. He clearly explains treatment options and ensures that you feel confident and informed before any procedure. I have nothing but great things to say about this office and their staff! When I called to make an appointment, I spoke to Sharon and she could immediately tell that I have severe anxiety about the dentist. She made me feel so much better and she got me in the next morning. She and Patti had to jump thru hoops to get thru to my insurance, but they happily did it. Not only that, but while I was in the exam chair waiting for Dr. Nick Tasevski to come in, Sharon came in to see me and make sure I was okay. The young man who started my X-rays (His name is escaping me) and Lilly, who finished my X-rays, were both wonderful. And Dr. Nick is amazing! He has such a calming manner about him, and he has a beautiful smile. He was confident about how he would treat my issues and he reassured me that I was in good hands. The girl in the room with us (I didn’t get her name) but she was very supportive by placing her hand on my shoulder every time she sensed I was overwhelmed. Dr. Nick eased my fears and I actually made an appointment to return for treatment! That’s huge for me! I am so relieved that I chose Advanced Dental Care!
