"My son was born missing nine adult teeth, and as his baby teeth began to fall out, it became an emotional struggle for him. He stopped smiling and grew very self-conscious about the gaps where his adult teeth never came in. As a mom, that was incredibly hard to watch. In 2023, our dentist recommended we speak with an orthodontist to create a long-term plan to restore his smile. By November 2023, he had braces put on to begin straightening his teeth and creating space for future implants.We were then referred to Dr. Gracia at Advanced Dental in Norton, and from the very first consultation, we knew we were in the right hands. Dr. Gracia was compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Most importantly, he gave my son confidence and hope again.Dr. Gracia set a goal of having temporary teeth in place by Christmas—and he made it happen. "I have missing teeth and saw that they had free exams for implants, so I figured why not and get an estimate. I was shocked to see how amazing and up to date their office is, they have a full team to give you the care that you need. They have full financial plans you can choose from, going all the way up 60 months. Their group sits down with you and fully explains every step and what needs to be done. They have a 3D X-ray that can really tell you everything that’s wrong, this made feel safe bc they were able to see and pin point other problems that wouldn’t be seen from a regular x ray. When the time comes to starting my implant process I feel I will definitely be using them."
"Miracle workers, that is, Advanced Dental Care of Norton. My son is a teenager who was losing all his teeth to decay from major dental anxiety and a lack of care. Cleanings required anti-anxiety medication, and still, a full cleaning was never completed. To have cavities filled, my son required full sedation with an anesthesiologist. By the time we found Dr. Gracia, my son had to have 8 molars and premolars removed by an oral surgeon. Dr. Gracia performed miracles on my son. He coordinated with a local dental anesthesiologist and placed crowns on all his upper teeth, as well as repaired all his cavities on his lower teeth. We are now in the process of having partial teeth created for his missing teeth by Dr. Gracia and his staff. Dr. Gracia’s staff is amazing and were all accommodating to my son’s needs. We have to drive over an hour to see Dr. Gracia and his staff, and it is well worth every minute. Before my son met Dr. Gracia, he didn’t smile. Today he smiles."

"I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Norton. Dr. Gracia, Angela and all the others, be it in the labs, in the office or on staff, have been very professional, knowledgeable, and caring.I've had many years of dental work performed elsewhere. Braces, extractions, root canals, caps, crowns and TMJ related surgery. My teeth were very bad. Several dentists and oral surgeons said they could not help me. The most hopeful solution offered would require one to two years to complete, in several stages, requiring multiple, extended hospital stays. Not really what I was looking for so I was resigned to not talking clearly and eating liquid nourishment for the rest of my life.Dr. Gracia was recommended to me and I decided why not. Worst thing that could happen was a waste of a hour or so. Turns out to be one of the best decision I ever made.With his knowledge and modern equipment we did exams and had a working plan in that first meeting.Time wise, less than I expected. Major surgery was in the office and was done in one day. Bone grafting, screw sockets, cleaning out old remnants of past work, removal of infected bone areas, all done. All that heals while the teeth are made, and then the end results are a full set of beautiful, working, non removable (by me), teeth.Price wise initially gave me sticker shock but considering it over time it's not too bad. The benefits of implants. No more cavities to fill, no more caps, or crowns or root canals. Unlike dentures, they don't fall out or need gunk to hold them in. No more toothaches or hot/cold reactions. In my case, my dental insurance wouldn't cover dental appliance maintenance so no insurance cost.You still brush and floss and have a yearly check-up but that's less than the insurance.I've had mine for three plus years and am very happy with them and with Advanced Dental Care of Norton. Thank you Dr. Gracia, thank you Angela, thank you to everyone else that makes A.D.C. of Norton, the great place it is.If I had one complaint it would be that I have to learn how to smile again.Follow up to review.2026 and still going to this great place. Office is easy access. Facilities are clean and fully equipped to handle any issues. Staff is exceptional in all aspects. Dr. Gracia still checks me out if needed or just to say hello. Full implants so no cavities, crowns, caps or root canals. Just a cleaning once or twice a year. Still highly recommended. Thank you ADC of Norton."

"Best dentist I've ever been too. Very communicative, apologetic when they saw things would hurt (I totally understood, I was way overdue for a cleaning). They went over things my previous dentist didn't (that they totally should have) and actually showed me pictures of what they were explaining. One of my old fillings needed to be redone and they had an opening right after they offered so I could get it done. When they numbed me, my previous experience is there's still a teeny tiny bit of feeling. None what so ever here. If it wasn't for the sounds, I would think nothing was happening. Everyone there was super super nice"
"I have nothing but great things to say about this office and their staff! When I called to make an appointment, I spoke to Sharon and she could immediately tell that I have severe anxiety about the dentist. She made me feel so much better and she got me in the next morning. She and Patti had to jump thru hoops to get thru to my insurance, but they happily did it. Not only that, but while I was in the exam chair waiting for Dr. Nick Tasevski to come in, Sharon came in to see me and make sure I was okay. The young man who started my X-rays (His name is escaping me) and Lilly, who finished my X-rays, were both wonderful. And Dr. Nick is amazing! He has such a calming manner about him, and he has a beautiful smile. He was confident about how he would treat my issues and he reassured me that I was in good hands. The girl in the room with us (I didn’t get her name) but she was very supportive by placing her hand on my shoulder every time she sensed I was overwhelmed. Dr. Nick eased my fears and I actually made an appointment to return for treatment! That’s huge for me! I am so relieved that I chose Advanced Dental Care!"

"I am very fearful of dentists since I was a young child. I have weak teeth and have vivid memories of the painful memories of going to the dentist and receiving developed a fear from the painful injections to numb my mouth, along with other issues with not enough numbing of cavities and feeling the pain of the cavity being filled. As a nurse, I know the consequences of letting your teeth go, and I can turn actually life-threatening seating into your blood and into your heart from an abscess.. I worked every day during the Covid at two different trauma hospitals in Boston. I developed TMJ and grind my teeth down to nothing under the mask, but I had to wear almost 24 hours a day seven days a week. I had developed five cavities that needed to be filled and went to about 2 to 3 dentist before I settled on advanced dental care of Norton. The previous dentist’s were good, but Advanced Dental Care was the best for me as well as my daughter. It had everything including sedation to address my anxiety., no 6 to 8 months wait times to make me change my mind or seek another dentist, access to cleanings for my daughter and I, access to orthodontics, which both my daughter and I will need, and referrals to whatever services weren’t in the building. It is modern and up-to-date and able to take my insurance and broke down a payment plan so I could get the bulk of my work done under sedation in one day in less than four hours. Most importantly, the communication was excellent, Dr. Gracia, Jill, and the staff took my anxiety seriously and gave me the care that exceeded my expectations. My fear of the dentist is not gone, but for once I know, my daughter and I have a permanent dentist for the first time since I myself was a child. 🩷"

Dr Gracia thankfully did my overly needed extraction, that I was dreading!He and Samar were great! They used modern technology , separating my own platelets from my blood and mixed it with bone compound. Once it was placed into the gap and stitched, I had NO bleeding. Also no pain afterwards. Just amazing.We also had Kim do a superior and extremely patient and gentle cleaning for my husband. "Painless root canal!! - I had never had a root canal, and have had previous dentists « under-novicaine » me, so I fear the drill. Dr. Kano was gentle, patient, and affirming. When I felt anything, he gave me more novicaine, so the procedure was essentially painless. Should I ever need another root canal, it will be with Dr. Kano!"

I had an appointment today with Amanda and I have to say I will never be going anywhere els. It had been a really long time since I had been to the dentist and I was extremely nervous and uncomfortable. Let me tell you from the second I stepped in the door until the appointment was finished I felt welcomed and really felt that I was in good hands. Amanda’s knowledge and professionalism was what stood out the most with my visit she showed me everything she was doing and explained why it was needed every step of the way. I feel it’s crucial to be able to have a trustworthy relationship with your dentist and there’s no doubt in my mind that the only thing ADC of Norton cares about is your health and well being. Amanda was awesome during the cleaning and gave me lots of info and advice that I had not known, and Dr. Gracia even shaved down a piece of an existing crown to help with evening my bite, at what seemed to be free of cost! Not afraid to go there in the future for more serious work if needed."

"There is so much I could say about my experience here. I am from Texas and was working in Massachussets. I had an incident and my tooth cracked. I was able to find this location and I was absolutely in love. The staff is absolutely amazing, Dr. Gracia explained everything about the procedure the day of, and the process that would need to take place. The options that were available to me. During this time I looked for different things that I needed to do, cleaning, whitening, etc just because I have never been excited to be at a dental office. My time was over for work in Massachussets and I still needed the last part of the procedure. I refused to have it done anywhere else, and made a separate trip and drove from Houston, TX all the way just to be able to make the appointment. I will find a way to return for other procedures later on, as they are all amazing here!"

"I have been going to Advanced Dental since 2017. I needed to have my front teeth removed and implants put in place. My bottom front teeth were so worn down and definitely needed crowns. Well, after my plan of care was accomplished, I have to say Dr Gracia has given me an incredible new smile that I wish I had years ago. I'm extremely happy with the outcome. The office staff are friendly and caring. I have to be honest, I was very nervous about the whole plan but staff put me at ease and were sympathetic to my anxiety. I spoke with the office manger Angela and she was able to get me in the next morning. "I was referred to ADC/Norton by a dentist who due to excessive bone loss was unable to replace my broken upper crowns and bridges. At ADC I not only found "one stop services" but, an amazing group of people. Dr. Gracia and his kind and professional team did x-rays, extractions and bone grafts. I now have a full set of upper porcelain implants. I also, had my bottom teeth aligned by a wonderful orthodontist, Dr. Bejian, all at one convenient location. Dr. Gracia, Dr. Bejian and the entire ADC staff have literally bent over backwards to make sure I am always happy with my results.That's a first for me."
"I visited Advance Dental Care last week with a dental emergency. I have to confess I was afraid and very nervous of going to the dentist during the pandemic considering how the virus spreads. However, as soon as I got there I felt I did not need to worry. First, they asked me to wait in the car until I was called for the respective appointment, so that only one patient at a time walks inside the clinic. If this would have not been possible, they had reorganized the waiting room so that patients were able to wait 6 feet apart from each other. Also, before I walked inside, an employee, wearing mask and gloves, took my temperature and measured my oxygen saturation and pulse rate to make sure that I was healthy. I did not encounter anyone other than the staff when I was there and they were all properly equipped to make my visit safe.Dr. Gracia was wearing N95 mask with a face shield and gloves. Overall, I felt like all possible safety procedures were in place.Besides all this, all the employees were nice and helpful and made me feel I had nothing to be nervous about. Dr. Gracia explained to me all the measures he had taken to protect the staff and patients from the coronavirus; it was very comforting knowing all what he is doing to protect his patients and employees from any exposure to the virus. I will have to visit again the clinic next week to complete my procedure and now I am sure I have nothing to worry. I definitely recommend the practice even during this very difficult and challenging times."
"I went to the office for a semi-emergency procedure - a crown on a front tooth had fallen off. As I entered someone was cleaning the door handles. The receptionist was masked and behind a plastic screen. Dr. Gracia had a full plastic face cover on and all other workers were masked. I felt like all possible safety procedures were in place. I did not encounter anyone else in the office and am happy to say that although visiting a dentist may not be the thing you choose during a quarantine, all efforts were made to provide a safe experience. My temperature was taken and I had to answer a series of questions about my health before I saw the dentist and his assistants. I think they are doing a great job of making us feel as safe as possible in a potentially risky setting."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Gracia's for years. I recently had implant surgery and unpleasant as that sounds, he made it a great experience. Dr. Gracia let me know every step of the way what was happening and he and his assistant, Rossio, answered all of my questions. The procedure was painless. I didn't have a moment's discomfort while I was in the chair. I highly recommend Dr. Gracia for any procedure you might need. I had gum surgery the month before with Dr. Arias. I have had this procedure done multiple times in the past and it has typically been pretty painful. This couldn't have been further from the truth this time. Dr. Arias and his assistant, Annie, made the visit very comfortable for me and the pain afterwards was minimal. No pain during the procedure whatsoever. It hasn't been a great last month for me dentally, but the team at Advanced Dental Care of Norton made it the best experience possible. The staff, from Cody at the front desk and Dee, the treatment coordinator, to the assistants and the doctors are professional, friendly and caring."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Gracia's for 20 years and have been extremely happy with his level of care. At his practice, I have had scaling and grafting done by his affiliated periodontist and I have had practically all my oral exams and fillings done by Dr. Gracia personally. He was professional and courteous and he provided excellent care in every case. On those times he was not available during my visit, the other dentists at the office handled my case just fine in all but one instance (in which a new DMD simply recommended an unnecessary treatment). When I came into the office, they recommended I try botox. I was hesitant at first but had to find a solution. The botox was amazing! "I have never received such outstanding service until I walked into Advanced Dental three years ago. It all started with a tumor on my gums. Every dentist I visited told me they could not help me and sent me away. They day I walked into Advanced Dental my life changed. Not only did they say they could help me they told me not to worry that they would be by my side the entire process and let me tell you they did that and more. They worked one on one with Mass General Sergeants to make sure I received the best care. I had my tumor, 5 teeth and bone removed. I now have hip bone two implants and new teeth. I came in with incredible jaw pain, it turned out I needed a 2 root canals and 2 crowns.Within an 1-1/2hr visit Dr. Garcia took care of the primary issue and relieved the pain I was experiencing. "As a teen I was in an accident which resulted in the loss of my front teeth. I didn't have the greatest teeth to begin with (overbite, space between). Needless to say I had gone to many dentists over the years and it was a great challenge for any of them to make my front teeth even presentable. I had started with implants but the bone became weak and later had to be replaced by a bridge. None of these procedures were successful and I hated to even smile.It was not until I met Dr. Gracia and his assistants (Angela and Rossio) who took on the challenge with their recommendation was to replace the front teeth with implants. Although I was very reluctant to do implants again I'm so thankful I did. The bone in my upper jaw was not strong enough (bone loss)and the gums had receded, so the initial work was bone replacement, gum repair, followed by temporary and now permanent implants. My smile could not be better, especially given what Dr. Gracia had to work with. You cannot tell by looking that my front teeth they are artificial. They look natural by all means. The coloring, texture and gum line are amazing. The teeth and foundation are extremely solid and I expect they will last a lifetime.Dr. Gracia, Angela, Rossio and the lab technician are true professionals who are experienced, caring, and perfectionists. Dr. Gracia would not let me leave his office until he was 100% certain the implants were right. When I came to him with any issues, his team worked long hours to ensure satisfaction. Even the temporary implants were better than any permanents by other Dentist. Implants are pricey, no matter where you go, but you get what you pay for...it was worth every penny.I can't thank Advanced Dental enough. "Anyone who knows me, knows my biggest fear in life is the dentist. After a really bad experience with another office, I decided I would rather have no teeth than ever visit a dentist again. 15 years have gone by and dentistry was definitely needed in order for me to become my confident self again. All I want to do is smile, so everyone knows how happy I truly am. So a dentist was needed. My son had been visiting a dentist for a few months and his smile is so amazing, I wanted that for myself. So on his recommendation I went to advanced dental in Norton. I began my journey in October, walking in crying like a baby, but everyone was so calming. I haven't let a single person look in my mouth in 15 years and didn't want to at that moment, but for me it was the moment of truth, the staff was amazing and put my fears to rest. Dr. Ramiro has been there every step of the way, calming me explaining every detail of what was to be done and how we would accomplish my long lived dream. The staff, from my x-rays to my cleaning to my scaling, and even the many extraction visits, have been there encouraging me, supporting me and have all made this journey one that I am glad to have begun. I am almost finished with the work leading up to my dental implants, only 3 more visits. I can't even explain how confident I have become in the last 3 months and my finished product is just around the corner.
